‘Storm’ Area 51 Basecamp Experience is a 2-day event taking place at the Alien Research Center on Friday, Sept. 20 and Saturday, Sept. 21.

Vendor Fees:
$125 per day for retail vendors
$250 per day for food trucks
$50 for single day vendors
**Please note, all retailers and food trucks are required to fill out a Lincoln County business license application. The fee is $30.

  • Retail vendors will be provided a 10×10 tent space with access to power. Retailers must bring their own tables and chairs for set up, or contact organizers to request table and chairs for an additional rental fee. A single 10 amp power drop will be provided for each booth.

  • Hand-washing stations and ice stations will be available for food trucks.

  • Food trucks must comply with Nevada State Health Department regulations.

  • Load-in begins at 9 a.m. on Friday, Sept. 20. Load-out starts at 11 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 21.

  • Lincoln County is expecting 20,000 visitors on the weekend of Sept. 20. Basecamp can comfortably accommodate 3,800 guests at a time. Food trucks and retailers should be resourced to service 3,800 guests per day.
